Report illegal content or a user

The fastest way is the Report button during a chat. You can also email W.vanderkraats@icloud.com with the date and time, what happened and, if you can, why you think it is illegal.

If you believe a child is in danger, contact the police (101 in Belgium, 112 in an emergency) or Child Focus (116 000).

Contest a ban

Email W.vanderkraats@icloud.com with the date and time of the ban and the reason shown on screen. A person will review it.
